Customization with recipes proposed by customers themselves is possible, including organic versions

Processing of beef, pork, poultry, and game meats according to high selection criteria at the source, ground, braised, vacuum-sealed with a steam injection, and stored in refrigerated cells, monitored by accredited analysis laboratories.

Our product is excellent as a semi-finished product for filling ravioli, tortellini, as well as for cannelloni and lasagna ragù, and stuffed pasta in general

Customized recipes can include spices, vegetables, wine, depending on customer requests, and even these ingredients are selected and processed without the use of colorants or preservatives

Production is monitored with advanced systems guaranteed and certified by the Ministry of Health, as established by the self-control plan according to the HACCP method
The product has a shelf life of approximately 60 days
